VBLD Series Motorised Linear feedthroughs

A robust stepper motor driven open-ended linear feedthrough available in a variety of flange sizes from DN16CF to DN200CF. The motor is ideal for more automated setups, especially where the required motion is on a frequent basis. The sturdy frame allows for good stability. In many variations the flange bolt holes are not threaded at either end which allows for a greater range of mounting locations.

The LD series is also available in a manual handwheel or pneumatic version (please see separate product page). They can be paired with the DDF series differentially-pumped rotary feedthroughs or supplied with an integral port aligner to tilt the top flange or X-table to translate the top flange.

Many available options not listed in the table below (please ask, there are too many variations to list):
- Internal support tube (-SL at end of part number)
- Limit switches to provide positional feedback when the manipulator reaches the end of its travel (bakeable and not bakeable versions available VBESBL or VBESBLH respectively)
- Position feedback via linear potentiometer, linear encoder, motor encoder
- DN40CF version top flange with thru holes (-TD at end of part number) adds 25mm to flange to flange distance
- DN40CF and above: Magnetic permeability <1.01 (-LM at end of part number)
- DN100CF and DN160CF sizes only: Motor at the top of the mechanism instead of bottom as standard (-O at end of part number)
- Additional hollow rotary feedthrough on top (see DDF series product page in the same flange size and check bolt hole type!)
- Additional rotary feedthrough with a shaft (specially-extended PD40 series PD40###-LD)
- DN40CF version: Integrated X-translator to move top flange +/-12.5mm at 90º to direction of linear movement (X at end of part number)
- DN40CF-DN100CF sizes: integrated port aligner for tilt capability of the top flange (-PORT at end of part number)
