Our products find applications across a range of fields particularly in the analysis of semiconductors, polymers, nanostructures, devices and particles, battery materials and photovoltaics, gas-liquid, gas-solid and liquid solid interfaces. 2D materials such as graphene, corrosion, electrochemistry, coatings, thin films and catalysis are also common themes of research conducted with our instruments.
