VBMDS40/16 Compact Linear transfer rod DN40CF
High quality UHV magnetically-coupled single axis transfer rod with linear and rotary motion on a DN40CF flange. Linear travels available from 50-300mm in 50mm increments. A high torque version is also available (see VBMDS40/16-HT)
Key Features
- Flange Size: DN40CF with through holes
- In-vacuum shaft diameter: 6mm
- In vacuum transfer tool attachment: M3 tapped hole
- Air side support attachment: M6 threaded hole on axis or 2xM4 holes at 90 degrees to axis
- Rotation: 0-360º
- Options available:
- bayonet holder for flag-style sample holders
- Integral transfer rod support struts (option “ST” on end of part number)
- Adaptation for linear-only motion
- Standard or high torque versions available (high torque with larger magnets)
- Other lengths and travels on request
