VBTXY Series Precision UHV XY Tilt Stages
Our VBTXY XY tilt stages are designed to provide continuous, calibrated adjustment of up to +/-5° of tilt between two flanges separated by a bellows. The stages are available in flange sizes from DN40CF to DN160CF. The stages are used in applications where a frequent tilt adjustment is needed and are provided with a graduated scale in each tilt axis.
