VBML Series Precision manual linear feedthroughs
A compact bellows-based manual linear feedthrough with an 8mm diameter shaft available on DN16CF and DN40CF flanges and travels from 25-125mm.

- DN16CF and DN40CF flange sizes (with through holes) only
- Travel options from 25-125 mm depending on flange size
- Shaft diameter 8mm (last 20 mm turned down to 6mm diameter)
- External diameter 39 mm
- M3 threaded hole, 10mm deep in the end of the shaft
- Graduated scale on the side for reproducible positioning
- Positioning resolution 0.01 mm
- Thread pitch of movement mechanism 1 mm
- Flanges 316LN, bellows 316L stainless steel
- Pressure range 1bar – 10-11mbar
- Bakeable to 230ºC
