We offer a full range of HV and UHV-compatible angle valves in a range of flange sizes and flange standards including CF, KF and ISO. Valves can be configured with different combinations of metal or O-ring seals depending on the application. Options are available for manual or pneumatic actuation as well as limit switches and position indicators. All our angled valves have a bellows around the actuation mechanism.

Bake temperature

O-ring bonnet & internal version: valve body up to 100ºC, actuator up to 80ºC
Copper bonnet & O-ring internal version: valve body up to 200ºC open or 150ºC closed, actuator up to 80ºC
All metal version (copper bonnet and internal seals): 400ºC open, 300ºC closed

Maintenance interval

Valves with internal O-ring seal: 500,000 cycles

All metal valves are sealed internally by a user-replaceable copper pad with the following lifetimes
DN16CF: 300 times, horizontally or vertically mounted
DN40CF: 300 times, horizontally or vertically mounted
DN63CF: 300 times mounted vertically or 100 times mounted horizontally
To keep these maintenance intervals the following recommended closure torques ranges should be adhered to:
DN16CF: First 150kg-cm, Maximum 250kg-cm.
DN40CF: First 300kg-cm, Maximum 600kg-cm.
DN63CF: First 300kg-cm,Maximum 900 kg-cm.

Pressure range and leak rate
Pressure Range(mbar): UHV CF version 1×10^-10～ 1000; HV version 1×10^-8～ 1000
Helium leak rates at 1 atm differential: 5×10^-10 mbar. l /sec for UHV CF version; 2×10^-9 mbar. l /sec for HV version
Actuator: Manual or pneumatic in single or double acting versions (single acting= air to open, spring to close, double acting: air to open, air to close)

Other specifications
Compressed air supply for pneumatic versions: 6mm tube connection, ~4-6 bar
