- Maximum allowable N2 gas throughput without cooling: 10sccm at 25ºC, 4 sccm at 35ºC
- Addition of the optional air cooling fan increases this to 100sccm and 40sccm respectively
- With water cooling, flow rates of <240sccm are possible
