VBMDS2-40 Dual concentric axis transfer rod DN40CF

High quality UHV magnetically-coupled dual axis transfer rod with linear motion and two independent rotation axes. Standard travels from 300-1000mm in 100mm increments.

Flange Size: DN40CF with through holes
In-vacuum shaft diameter (outer shaft for first rotation): 20mm
In-vacuum shaft diameter (inner shaft for second rotation): 6mm with a flat on one side
Air side support attachment: M8 threaded hole, 10mm deep
Rotation 1 and rotation 2: 0-360º, independent motion
Transferrable axial force: 50 N
Transferrable torque: 2 Nm (axis1), 1Nm (axis 2)
Maximum bakeout temperature: 230ºC (UHV compatible)
Pressure range: 1bar- 10^-11 mbar
Helium leak rate: <1×10^-10 mbar l s^-1
