TNTGS Series Calibration Grating Sets
A range of gratings for calibrating different AFM axes on different length scales sold in sets offering better value for money than single gratings. Most of the gratings can also be purchased as part of a set which is often cheaper depending on user requirements. Please see product variation table for the different available options.
Key Features
- Gratings are etched into a piece of Silicon 5x5mm with a thickness of 0.5mm and are glued onto a metal sample carrier suitable for AFM
- The etched area for calibration is typically the central 3x3mm of the 5x5mm piece
- They are supplied in a plastic case complete with GelPak® for storage when not in use.

The PTB (Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt) certified set is measured on an AFM which has been certified with a previously calibrated standard from PTB.
